1.Executive Sous Chef

What you will be doing:

  • Provide ultimate culinary experience through food excellence in form of presentation and quality.
  • Monitoring and controlling the Food Cost to ensure all menus are costed and monthly targets are achieved while maintaining excellence in quality.
  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Culinary and Stewarding team
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety & hygiene standards.

2. Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Have a drive for housekeeping? As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a diverse team to create moments for our guests through your attention to details.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Housekeeping and Laundry team.
  • To assist the Executive housekeeper to control and direct the department.
  • Auditing and delegating duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Ensuring personalization for our guest and VIPs, creating the ultimate Accor guest experience.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Ability to lead, influence, develop and guide a team of diverse backgrounds
  • Previous 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Has an eye for detail and symmetry
  • Has ability to organize, prioritize and follow-up
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality or related study.
