Role Purpose The role holder will oversee and be accountable for the digital strategy, digital business and product development, digital learning and collaboration as well as digital marketing. Responsibilities
Digital Projects Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a Project Delivery Team, delivering high performance and a strongly motivated team
2. Monitors overhead and capital expenses to ensure achievement of cost efficiency and acting to correct any adverse variances
3. Contributes to overall profitability of Jubilee by monitoring all areas of expenditure and reporting on performance against variations for all digital projects
4. Work with digital product delivery team to ensure products taken to market meet sponsor and end-consumer requirements
5. Work closely with Business Services teams (as well as internal and external project partners where appropriate) to devise, develop and deliver appropriate technologies to optimize business practices
6. Determining challenging performance targets, deadlines and KPIs which are regularly monitored and delivered, making timely interventions to remedy any slippage in order to meet planned project outcomes
7. Ensure that any new digital innovations comply with various industry standards including Information Security, Data Protection
8. Ensure monitoring of progress against all projects is timely and accurate and enables Sponsors and stakeholders have visibility and sufficient information to make the required decisions
9. Provide advice and support to project partners on how project evidence and information has to be presented and reported
10. Contribute to improvements On project management processes and systems
11. Encourage knowledge transfer and lessons learnt activities within the project team and key stakeholders
12. Participate in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes
Digital Marketing
1. Develop digital marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for online products through digital channels that will achieve campaign objectives including generating leads
2. Work with Marketing team to develop Channels and Partnerships lead generation and marketing strategy and implementation plan regionally
3. Prepare digital marketing budget and measure ROI and KPIs of digital marketing initiatives
4. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
5. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
6. Conduct market and product analysis into new products and features matching product to target market to inform campaign strategy
7. Partner with Business Units to identify macro themes and trends, ensuring consistency of voice and visual identity
8. Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
9. Brief external agencies including creative, digital and media planning agencies to deliver campaign activity against set objectives
10. Manage agency campaign implementation and performance against agreed campaign targets.

Manage campaign activity with the digital marketing team including website and mobile app updates, email marketing and social media activity to deliver campaign objectives and lead generation
12. Effectively manage generated leads from all areas of the campaign activity
13. Apply lessons learnt from the pre and post campaign analysis to continuously improve lead generation for the business
General Responsibilities
1. Contributing to the provision of high quality digital support services
2. Leading and managing staff resources to ensure performance improvement and development
3. Determining challenging performance targets, deadlines and KPIs which are regularly monitored and delivered, making timely interventions to remedy any slippage in order to meet planned outcomes
4. Contributing to the development of strategy and policy as required and the delivery of digital strategic plan
5. Managing financial and other resources and risks effectively as per the digital strategy
6. Liaise with the digital projects team to create and optimize online portals
7. Demonstrating a positive commitment to equalities and diversity, ensuring the team delivers against corporate standards, KPIs and values, valuing people’s differences and actively pursuing the corporate objectives
8. Liaise with the business development partners to coordinate business to business activity as required
9. Provide guidance into the annual Strategic Marketing Planning process

1. A relevant bachelor’s degree
2. A recognized professional qualification in Project Management and/or digital marketing would be a distinct advantage
3. Experience in a digital transformation role in-house or with a IT power house
4. Experience in a digital marketing role in-house or with an agency
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords
6. Solid knowledge in project management standards & discipline
7. Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Relevant Experience
A minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant experience
